Thrifted Return Policy?
Thrifted.com has a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, a refund or exchange can't be offered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it. Items that have become broken or damaged after purchase will not be refunded.
If a fault was not mentioned or shown in the photos of the item, the item can be returned for inspection and refund. The item must be returned with a note referencing your order number and name. Once the return has been received and inspected, if approved, the refund will be processed, and the funds will be sent to your original method of payment.
If the items have clearly been used, returned in a poorer state than they were sent out, or returned to us after 30 days from the purchase date, the right to not process the refund is reserved.
For UK customers, return shipping per item costs £3.50 which will be deducted from the refund. International customers must return their order at their own cost.
